The speaker will be Bonnie Diaz-Torres, M.S., CCC–SLP, who is a bi-lingual speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience with varied patient populations in hospitals and rehab centers.

Learning Objectives - participants should be able to:
1. Describe outcomes data collection reporting for therapy.
2. Identify appropriate G-Codes and severity modifiers to report outcomes data per CMS mandate.
3. Demonstrate the use of NOMS seven point severity modifier system corresponding to the NOMS Functional Communication Measures.
4. Rate fictional patients at the end of the instruction portion of the workshop.
