This 2-day intensive Leadership Summit is for school and district instructional leaders and coaches interested in identifying, supporting and spreading the qualities that make blended learning teachers successful. Through a blended professional development delivery model, participants will take a deeper dive into blended learning practices to explore the competencies, skills and mindsets that lead to transformative changes in teaching and learning. Participants will observe a “lighthouse” teacher in action, reflect on high-impact coaching practices, try new tools and resources and collaborate with colleagues who are facing similar challenges.
After the summit, participants will continue to benefit from asynchronous networking through a dedicated slack channel for sharing ideas, tools, resources, challenges and successes with the cohort.
