AphasiaAccess Leadership Summit

This March, Boston University plays host to AphasiaAccess' inaugural Leadership Summit.  Over the course of two days, the aphasia community will come together to share the latest in research, models in best practices and generally support each other in our efforts to care for patients with aphasia and their families.

The speakers roster is a list of noted thought leaders including:

• Nina Simmons-Mackie, Ph.D. (Southeastern Louisiana University)
• Roberta Elman, Ph.D. (Aphasia Center of California)
• Audrey Holland, Ph.D. (University of Arizona)
• Aura Kagan, Ph.D. (Aphasia Institute)

Presentations include both clinical and operational topics such as:

• Creating participation centered programs
• Measuring outcomes of participation oriented programs
• Research evidence supporting participation oriented program

And a much anticipated "brag-and-steal" session...
